		<description><![CDATA[MSSA extends membership to the 2011 Scholarship winners.  In recognition of the special relationship between the Maryland Saltwater Sportsfishermen’s Association (MSSA) and the 11 winners of scholarships that were awarded in June, 2011, one year memberships in MSSA have been extended to each awardee.  As recipients of MSSA’s TIDE LINES magazine and other correspondence, emails, and notices of events and marine regulatory activities, we hope to encourage these students to work diligently to earn their degrees and invest their careers in the solutions to the problems that plague our marine environments.  CLICK HERE to learn more about MSSA.]]></description>
